The Price

Generally, our Case Management Fees start at $150 which does not include fees for the following additional necessary steps in the process, and prices vary with each jurisdiction.

Some states have no filing fee, others may require up to $300, and a moderate subpoena issuance fee. Some states require local counsel, and attorney’s fees range from $150 – $600.

Court trip fees, and process server fees vary, and may escalate if the court or witness is located in a remote location. Witness fees vary considerably. Some states do not require a fee, and others match or exceed the Federal witness appearance and mileage fees.

If a subpoena is one for records only, it may be necessary to arrange for a notary to travel to the witness, notarize a signature, and ship the certificate and records to the ordering attorney.

We pass-through FedEx charges, which are predicated on weight and location. Alternatively, we can eliminate that charge by using your FedEx account or by mailing the documents instead.
